The organization provides accountability for care, treatment and services provided by monitoring and evaluating performance outcomes and a continuous quality improvement program.

Our highly qualified caregivers are tested and screened according to the standards set by the state of Florida.
Our patients’ care plan is developed individually to meet each patient’s needs based upon diagnosis. Each individual care plan is approved and coordinated with the patient’s physicians and the insurance carrier to ensure the patient receives appropriate and quality care and the support he or she needs.

Our Caregivers
Our caregivers are highly dedicated and ethical professionals who have devoted their lives to their work and their clients. Most have many years of healthcare experience and are experts in their fields.
Virtue Health Care Services’ caregivers include nurses (RN & LPN); physical, speech and occupational therapists; case managers, medical social workers, home health aide, and personal care assistants, among others.
Community Services
Virtue Health care Services gives back to the Community. We believe in the importance of giving back to our communities. Virtue Health Care Services and its associates are involved in a variety of important charitable activities and outreach efforts.
Many of our associates including our CEO serve as board directors and chair persons in diverse organizations such PIRC, MLKCC, MDEI, HANA, HAES etc. to name a few.
In some communities, we team with many religious organizations to raise money for worthy local charities. We particularly enjoy contributing to causes that support the children community, seniors, and healthcare issues.

Quality Improvement
In keeping with the company’s philosophy of providing the highest quality of care, Virtue Health Care Services will be CHAP accredited in the next six months. The hallmark of this process will be the implementation of a far reaching and outstanding Performance Improvement Program for the entire company.
